Are your products vegan?
Yes!

Why take a retinol gummy?
Most retinol products are topical. While those products work great for many skincare issues (because retinol is awesome!), taking retinol orally allows it to penetrate deeper into your skin. There are also other benefits of retinol to other areas of the body from ingesting retinol that can't be accessed through topical application.

Why do you use sugar in your gummies?
We initially set out to make a sugar free gummy but after much trial and error found that the small amount of sugar we use delivered major results in terms of taste and texture. We would not launch a product that we don’t stand behind 100% (and eat ourselves!).

What are the benefits of retinol?
Some of the perks include: brighter and healthier looking skin, more even skin tone, reduction and prevention of fine lines and wrinkles, clearer skin with fewer blemishes.*


Who should not take this product?
Retinol gummies are not safe for children and should not be taken by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Anyone with a health condition should consult their doctor before taking this product.

Do you offer promotions?
We offer 10% off of your first order when you sign up for our mailing list! We will be running other promotions from time to time as well!

How long do orders take to ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. Shipping times are sometimes out of our control but our hope is that most orders will arrive to their recipients within 7 days of shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We currently offer international shipping on an individual basis. Please email your international order to hello@payahealth.com. Please note international shipping rates vary from domestic shipping rates.


Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer returns?
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, email hello@payahealth.com within 30 days of receiving it for return or exchange instructions. If you have purchased more than one of the same product from us in a single order, we can only provide a refund for one item. Exclusions apply to international orders.

Can I return a product once I’ve opened it?
Absolutely! The only way to know if you like something is to try it. Exclusions apply to international orders.
